Judges as Humans

I've just posted a working paper entitled "Judges as Humans" to SSRN. The piece is a review of Lawrence Baum's recent book "Judges and Their Audiences." Comments are both welcome and encouraged.

I may comment at a later date, but for now just wanted to alert you to a typo on p. 18, last paragraph: 'That day may never come.'
