International Law, Human Rights & Comparative Law: Basic Bibliographies
This third installment of our Directed Reading series features bibliographies for international law, human rights, and comparative law.
Earlier versions of all or some of these lists have appeared at the Transnational Law Blog, the Legal Profession Blog, Professor William Schabas's "PhD studies in human rights" (This is a 'weblog for students engaged in doctoral studies in the field of human rights. It is intended to provide information about contemporary developments, references to new publications and material of a practical nature.'), and PrawfsBlawg (for their 'research canons' project).
As with all the bibliographies, I welcome suggestions for additional titles (of books, in English).
